Is there a free trial?
14 days. A card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing.
What counts as a staff seat?
Anyone who signs in to the back office. Customer portal users are free, unlimited on every tier.
Are there per-order fees?
No. Whether you do 10 orders a month or 10,000, the subscription price is what you pay. Stripe, Twilio and Anthropic usage passes through at cost.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose the rest of the month you've paid for.
Do you charge setup fees?
No. Onboarding (data import, supplier setup, branded templates) is included on every tier. Premium gets 2 sessions, Enterprise gets 4.
What about my data if I leave?
Export anything as CSV any time. After cancellation we keep your workspace recoverable for 30 days, then permanently delete it.
